Shimin Wu is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Chemical & Environmental Engineering at the University of Arizona, advised by Dr. Shane Snyder. He got his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from College of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Peking University, China. Shimin is focusing on the removal of trace organic compounds (TOrCs) in UV process (combined with ozone/chlorine/chloramine) and identification of by-products.
